Jennifer Malone Wrigth is the author of a short story series called The Vampire Hunter's Daughter.

Fourteen-year-old Chloe witnesses her mother’s murder at the hands of a vampire. Before the vampire can kidnap her, there is an unexpected rescue by a group of vampire hunters. Overwhelmed by the feeling of safety, Chloe passes out and they whisk her away to their small community.

Author Bio:
Jennifer Malone Wright resides in the beautiful mountains of northern Idaho with her husband and five children. Between the craziness of taking care of her children, whose ages range from fifteen all the way down to one year, and being a homemaker, Jennifer has little time left for herself. The time she does have left, usually leading far into the night, is spent working on freelance work or her beloved fiction.

When she grew up, Jennifer always had her nose in a book. She has been writing stories and poems since grade school. This love of the written word and her strong interest in the paranormal is what has led to her first novel "The Birth of Jaiden," and her new series "The Vampire Hunter's Daughter."

In addition to being a mother and homemaker, Jennifer is also a very proud military wife. Moving around the country for the last eleven years has made her a bit of a nomad and she finds it difficult to be in one place for too long.

I Don't Have Favorites

Hello friends and fans! Today I'm gonna talk a little bit about a question people ask on every single interview that I've ever done.
What is my favorite book, who is my favorite author, what kind of music is my favorite, and so on.
The answer to this question is that I do not have favorites for anything. For me a favorite of anything is something that is always changing, sometimes day to day. For instance, today, my favorite color is purple, but tomorrow it might be teal.
Music is really hard for me to choose any favorites, because I have favorites of different kinds of music for different projects. I love to write to music that is without lyrics, lots of classical. However, when I'm cleaning my house I like to pump up the volume and rock out with my vacuum cleaner.
With books, I will read anything I can get my hands on. But, I do have a few authors who have inspired me. Anne Rice, Stephen King and V.C Andrews are but just a few of the authors who have influenced me, but I do not have a favorite book at all… it is too hard to choose.
Television and movies are something that also influences my writing, but again, it is so hard to choose a favorite. My current television loves are True Blood, Game of Thrones, Supernatural, and Cupcake Wars. Yeah, I totally love to watch the reality food shows, Chopped is another one I really like.
So, anyway, favorites forever just isn't something I do. Perhaps someday I will choose a favorite book, author, or song, but it hasn't happened yet.
